What many women don’t realize, or find hard to believe, is that these patterns are learned. Which means they can be rewired when you become aware of your internal state and start to act more consciously.

I’ve spent over a decade studying what’s beneath these patterns and doing this work myself. And it’s allowed me to FINALLY experience a new normal. So, I truly (truuuly) believe this is some of the most important work we can do on ourselves. Which is why I’ve helped hundreds of self-aware women do it too!
