This pattern often develops when early experiences taught you that vigilance or mental preparation felt safer than acting or trusting others. You may appear calm to others, but inside your body can feel tense, restless, or on high alert.
What many women don’t realize, or find hard to believe, is that these patterns are learned. Which means they can be rewired when you become aware of your internal state and start to act more consciously.
I’ve spent over a decade studying what’s beneath these patterns and doing this work myself. And it’s allowed me to FINALLY experience a new normal.
